  7. I am from UT, I purchased a teal raincoat jacket there on July 20, and did not wear it at all until September 5th on a PT Whale Cruise. I tried it on and noticed a big rip in the arm where clearly the sewing machine missed the fabric. I took the tags off that morning, but did not have them attached to the jacket. On our way home I tried to stop and exchange it at 3pm. The 2 girls at the counter were absolutely rude and of no help. Said come back Monday! Seriously? Then I told them our plane leaves at 7 am Monday. There response was I'm sorry. I have frequented your store every trip to PT but their rudeness was unacceptable.I left the jacket w my mom in Port Townsend and she will be back. I am hoping this behavior is not given to any future customers. Poor customer service for sure. 435-757-3832
